Names of Prophet

Prophet Mohammed Sholallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam (PBUH/ Peace Be Upon Him) said: Whoever is named after me with the hope of being blessed, he will be blessed and will be in peace till the Day of Qiyaamah.

The name Al-'Aleem (the All-Knowing), for example, is derived from the attribute of 'knowledge', and the same is true of the Merciful (Ar-Rahmaan), etc.
